Latarra “The Credit Dean” Clark is the founder and CEO of Vigor Financial Credit Academy. Since 2017, she has helped individuals and families improve their credit profiles, strengthen budgeting habits, and work toward home and vehicle ownership with better financing opportunities. Her work focuses on credit education, financial literacy, and long-term financial improvement across Maryland.
With an investigative and analytical background, Latarra developed a results-driven approach to credit improvement and financial coaching. She is a Board Certified Credit Specialist certified through the Credit Consultants Association and the Score Credit Consultants Association, while also helping develop DIY credit improvement and financial literacy courses for clients seeking long-term financial growth.
Donald Butler - Partner & CEO of Butler Squared Consulting
Donald Butler is the CEO of Butler Squared Consulting and a trusted partner of Vigor Financial Credit Academy. With more than 25 years of experience in I.T. auditing, accounting, and tax management, he provides financial guidance for individuals and businesses seeking stronger financial organization and planning.
Donald holds a Master’s in Accounting (MACCT), multiple industry certifications, and is an Accredited Trainer through ISACA. His background in accounting, compliance, and financial management makes him a valuable resource for clients looking for experienced financial and tax support.
